Dream Living Sävastön – Beautiful Villa for Rent Welcome to this newly renovated villa on Sävastön, just 10 km from central Boden. A peaceful home with generous living spaces, a private 3,000 m² garden and beautiful nature nearby. Two rental options are available: Co-Living – SEK 7,500–8,500/month Enjoy the comfort of a spacious villa without renting the entire house. You have your own private bedroom and share the kitchen, bathroom, living areas and garden with a small number of residents. It's more than just renting a room – you get to enjoy the space and comfort of a large home, with both privacy and shared living areas. I also live in the house and genuinely enjoy sharing my home with others. Entire Villa – 1 January to 1 May 2027 Alternatively, the entire furnished villa is available for rent during this period. I will be away, giving you exclusive use of the house. Rental price available upon request. Location Located in a quiet residential area near a golf course, business park, gym, restaurants, healthcare centre and schools. The river and scenic walking trails are just a short walk away. Rental Requirements I am looking for calm, responsible and considerate tenants with stable finances and no payment defaults. References and credit history will be checked. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Mutual respect, privacy and a pleasant living environment are important to me. Interested? Send me a message introducing yourself, your occupation and whether you're interested in co-living or renting the entire villa. I look forward to hearing from you! Maria
