We are renting out our 3-room apartment, located in Frösön, near the camping site. It is in a natural area with forest trails directly from the garden. The apartment is located on our garage building and has a large, lovely balcony. It is just over 80 square meters and has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. It's about 7 km to Östersund and there are nice bike paths into the city center if desired. The apartment is preferably rented furnished/partially furnished, but it can be discussed if we find a long-term renter. The rent includes everything such as water, electricity, internet, and a parking space. Price: 13000 SEK/month. The apartment is available from November. We are looking for the right tenant as we will be neighbors and see each other several times a week. We help each other with bringing in mail and taking down garbage bins.
