I am renting out my condominium for 5 months while I am abroad. From January 1 – May 31, 2027. The apartment is centrally located in Kalmar on Esplanaden, 300 m from Ekelunds bakery, close to downtown, hospital, and university, about 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is a 2-room unit of 43 square meters and completely renovated. The building was constructed in 1892 and features ceiling stucco and a tiled stove (however, it's not allowed to use it). Rented out furnished and equipped with everything. It is on the second floor, and a fully equipped laundry room is available in the basement. The total rent is 7500 SEK/month. Everything is included such as electricity, fiber internet, hot water, and heating. Photos can be sent upon request.
