Apartment for rent in central Haninge – 40 sqm I am renting out my modern apartment of 40 sqm in central Haninge, located in a very quiet and pleasant area. Rental period: At least 1 year, thereafter indefinitely. NOTE! The apartment is currently occupied and available for move-in from November 1, 2026. By indefinitely, I mean that the ambition is a long-term residence for several years with an open and good dialogue. It is therefore not a lifetime contract, but the agreement applies indefinitely as long as everything works well and none of us chooses to terminate it according to the current notice period. The apartment is rented fully furnished and has a large enclosed balcony. The building was constructed in 2020, which means both the residence and its equipment are modern, fresh, and in very good condition. Location and communications About a 3-minute walk to the commuter train that takes you to Stockholm Central in about 23 minutes. The bus terminal is about 2 minutes away. Bus stop with a direct bus to Gullmarsplan is right outside the house. Coop is about 2 minutes away. Haninge Centrum is reachable in about 4 minutes. Rudans nature reserve and swimming lake are only about 4 minutes away. Who I'm looking for I am looking for a couple or a small family who are orderly, reliable, and take good care of the home, furniture, and decorations. You should be: Non-smokers Pet-free Have a stable and verifiable income Maximum two tenants. What's included The apartment is rented fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and kitchen utensils are included. I will lock away some personal belongings in a closet. All other cupboards and wardrobes will of course be empty so you can use them freely. All other furniture and decorations shown in the pictures are included. Information about the rent The rent is calculated based on today's interest rates and costs for the residence.
