A sunlit spacious detached house along good transport links in Mäntyharju's Toivola. There is about 40 meters of shoreline to clear-water Lahnavete, with good boating connections e.g. to Vihantasalmi, Miekankoski (through which to Tarhavesi, Juolasvesi, Sarkavesi all the way to Voikoski) or through Pyhävesi towards the center of Mäntyharju and further to Kallavesi. When the weather permits, the sun shines on the shore almost all day, the bay is shallow and the bottom is fine sand.
