Home insurance is also needed. The spaces are a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony with sun until about 2 pm in the afternoon during summer. There is also a shared rooftop terrace for everyone in the apartment building, and a sauna that can be booked in another building. The residence is very close to the sea, swimming spots, and nature. Takes 26 min to Järntorget Takes 5 min to Amundön, Takes 10 min to Frölunda torg with public transport from the nearest stop. Close to grocery store, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops, as well as to health center, dentist, gym, and other services.
