You'll be moving into a newly renovated home! During the renovation, the apartment's kitchen will be renewed, the floors will be replaced, and both the walls and ceilings will be painted. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures, which were renovated in 2015, will be updated. The new kitchen will feature oak veneer and warm white cabinets, chrome details, and plenty of storage space. The equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stove, and an oven with both microwave and Air fryer features. Appliances will be neatly integrated into the furniture. The apartment's floors will turn into beautiful oak vinyl. The wall colors have not yet been decided, so tenants who act quickly can influence the color scheme of their future home if they wish! The starting point will be warm, earthy tones, but suggestions from outside of this palette are also welcome :) The apartment has two comfortably sized rooms, which can serve as bedrooms, workspaces, or hobby rooms. Both have ample closet space, and additional storage is available in the hallway. The combined living-dining area comfortably accommodates both a sofa set and a larger dining table. The bathroom has space for a washing machine. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The housing community has bike/equipment storage, attic storages, and cold storage cabinets. In our opinion, Midsummer Village is one of the coziest areas in Tampere. Beautiful early 20th-century buildings, the Cathedral, and the church park create an atmospheric environment. The street in front of the apartment is beautifully quiet, as there is very little through traffic. The view from the apartment opens directly to the lush church park and is incredible! The church is beautiful both in daylight and in the evening dim. Since we are downtown, services are naturally close by, and public transport is accessible: • Shop 150 m • Train station 500 m • Ratina 900 m • Näsijärvi beach and Kauppi outdoor areas 800 m • Bus stops less than 200 m and tram 400 m For those who drive, a garage space is available in the housing community for 50€/month. Around the apartment, there are also many street parking spaces for which you can buy a resident’s parking permit from the city of Tampere for 25€/month. Rental terms: • Deposit is one month's rent • Water fee 26€/person/month • Tenant makes the electricity contract • Comprehensive home insurance required and credit checks will be conducted • Contract for the first 12 months as fixed-term, then continues as a permanent contract The images display the upcoming materials and kitchen design.
