We are now renting out our cozy villa with 800 square meters of land located on a beautiful corner plot with a lovely view over the field and a south-facing patio. The house offers generous spaces, a newly renovated bathroom, and nice additional spaces with its own sauna and hot tub. We are renting out the house as we do not currently use the property as a permanent residence and are therefore looking for a responsible tenant who wants to enjoy and take care of the house in the long term. Layout Upper Floor / Entrance Floor: Kitchen: Functional kitchen with good storage options. Living Room: Bright and airy living room. Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms. Family Room/Office: Perfect room for a home office, reading corner, or playroom. Bathroom: Completely renovated bathroom with shower and stylish material choices. Basement / Additional Spaces: Extra Bedroom Relax & Sauna: Sauna with associated relaxation/boiler room for unwinding. Laundry Room Other: Separate WC, extra shower, pantry, and an extra room for storage, hobbies, or other purposes. Plot, Patio & Garage: Corner plot of 800 square meters with a sunny south-facing patio. The plot has a detached storage shed and access to a divided part of the garage with its own entrance. There is also a hot tub on the plot that the tenant is welcome to use (note that it is powered by electricity, which means a higher electricity cost when used). What is included in the rent This includes: Use of the entire house, plot, storage shed, divided part of the garage, and water/sewage and garbage collection (with normal use). Additional: The tenant signs their own agreements for home insurance, electricity agreement (the house is heated with efficient geothermal heating via an electric heat pump), and their own broadband (fiber is installed).
