Looking for a lodger for my beautiful centrally located large three-room apartment. As a resident here, you have access to your own room and, of course, the apartment's living room, hallway, kitchen, & bathroom. Some personal access to the residence. Here, you not only live in an apartment but in a home. Preferably for a longer time. Fantastic location! With a tram ride of about three to ten minutes, to the cozy Majorna, a coffee in Linne, shopping at Frölunda square, or studies at Chalmers or GU. Short bus ride to sea or lake, parks, and natural areas are within walking distance! Awesome location, 150 m to the stop, 1.5 -2 min to grocery store, gym, hairdresser, and pizzeria. From here, buses and trams go to the entire city. Comfortable cycling distances, good bike paths & rental bikes. Less than 10 min walk to library, pharmacy & community services. Outdoor seating area outside the house. The room is furnished according to what is shown in the pictures, but changes in the furniture have been made, more storage space has been added. The bed is a 140 cm bed. A desk is available in the living room, which we who live here together share, but can be used when it is available, of course, you can use the kitchen table for studies when possible. Good laundry room with easy access to schedules. During visits, there may be a possibility to rent the guest room of the building. About rent, etc: The rent includes fast internet, electricity, heating, water, some consumables. You pay a one-month deposit. Our super cozy cat is often here, the cat is one of the breeds considered low-allergenic/allergy-friendly. A little about you: I am looking for someone who respects and is careful with my home and what is here. Someone who seeks a private sphere and calm but appreciates companionship and socializing! You keep good order, clean and fresh around you, are secure with yourself and stable, have a steady income/study means, do not smoke, no pets, do not use drugs. No parties in the residence. You are open, good at communicating, want to cooperate, mutual trust, and respect are important. If you are a vegetarian, weekly commuter, or exchange student, it is an advantage. Pictures also of the outdoor seating area with flowering splendor, & nearby cultivation area. I look forward to your personal message - you tell about yourself, who you are! To get a better picture, I want to know how you interact with others, why you are interested in living right here, what you occupy yourself with, interests, how you live today & have lived before, etc. Prefabricated messages, those without content, with just one sentence or a question, AI-generated texts, messages from applicants' parents or from couples/multiple people are disregarded. Note! After you introduce yourself and tell more, we book a video meeting, possibly a physical viewing. I usually want to see payment remark, criminal record, study/job certificate as well as housing reference before moving in, usually quickly & smoothly. Can assist you with this. Then a contract is drawn up. ID is checked so you are the one the contract is signed with. You as a resident need to have your own home insurance, also a requirement from Qasa. It does not cost much, usually a maximum of about 50-70 SEK/month.
