Ljunggatan, Malmö

I am renting out rooms in a pleasant house in Malmö, with good bus connections and proximity to most things. Here is offered a calm and comfortable accommodation with access to a large and lovely garden. For the garden enthusiast, there is also the opportunity to cultivate and plant. 🌿 The accommodation offers: * Good public transport connections * Free street parking * Large garden with cultivation opportunities * Access to shared spaces * A cozy and pleasant environment 🐱 A social and charming hairless cat is in the home, so it is important that you are comfortable with animals. I am looking for a tidy, responsible, and considerate person who values a calm and pleasant living environment and shows respect for the shared spaces. 📩 If interested, you are warmly welcome to get in touch! Please feel free to tell me a little about yourself, your occupation, and what kind of accommodation you are looking for.
