Hello! My name is Malin and I would like to rent out my nice 3-room apartment at Bodekullsgatan 44A from January 15th to June 20th this spring 2027. The rent is 8666 SEK, which includes internet via fiber. A fee for electricity plus gas (gas stove) is additional. Electricity usually costs around 570 SEK/month and gas around 160 SEK/month. The apartment is a rental apartment that I rent primarily, and you would then rent the apartment secondarily. I have received approval from my landlord to rent out the apartment during the period. About the apartment: 71 square meters, 2 rooms and a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. I like that the apartment has high ceilings and has a beautiful old herringbone parquet in the hallway and living room. A lot of light comes into the apartment, which I also appreciate. I will rent out the apartment furnished with a sofa, bed, and the furniture that is there. Most furniture that is not sofas/beds/other heavy furniture can be moved if you who wish to rent desire it. Of course, I will not leave my personal belongings, only the furniture will remain. There is a storage room in the basement of the house that belongs to the apartment, this storage will not be included in the rental, where I will store my belongings while the apartment is rented out. In the basement, there is a laundry room where you can book a time when you want to wash. It is important that if you want to rent, you take care of the apartment. Non-smokers. I have a rabbit, so not suitable if you are allergic to fur animals.
