Recently renovated clean 37m2 two-room apartment, efficient square meters, spacious bedroom and spacious living room, small kitchenette but made functional. There is space in the bathroom for a full-sized washing machine or even a washer-dryer tower (there is also a laundry room in the building). Ample closet space both in the hallway, kitchen, and bedroom (the smaller closet in the bedroom can be removed if it's too much, I didn't start dismantling it in advance..). The housing company is in good condition, façades renovated, windows replaced, plumbing work done, etc. Location in Hennala on Sorvarinkatu is simply excellent (Mytäjäinen beach nearby and Salpausselkä outdoor areas, less than 2 km to the market square, tram stop and bus stop right next to it). The apartment is on the 1st living floor, not at street level but one flight of stairs up. In the basement, there are the housing company's washing machines, a storage locker, and a bicycle storage. A pole place for the car is not available without queuing, but free parking is available on the street and nearby, some without restriction, even for a month straight (in some, free parking is available between 16-08). My own car has always fit into these when I've done renovations. No smoking, the rental agreement is made for a fixed term of one year and then continues, directly between the tenant and the landlord. Clean credit history is required (or a guarantor who has theirs in good order). Kela's guarantee is not accepted, but if and when the credit history is clean for the tenant, a 1-month rent is sufficient for a security deposit (2-month deposit if a guarantor is used). Own electricity contract and water according to consumption (advance 22 euros/month/person). Immediately free/according to agreement. And if the lack of a full-height stove is an issue, we'll surely find a way to restore it..
