Cozy home near the golf course in Drøbak and nice hiking areas. Centrally located house with a conservatory by Drøbak golf course. Quiet area with great hiking trails and ski tracks in winter. Short distance (approx. 800 m) to bus stops (Heer and Dyrløkke) and Thon shopping center (approx. 800 m). Only 30 min. by bus to Oslo and 10 min. to Ås. The distance from the house to Bølgen swimming and activity center is approx. 900 m, and it is approx. 700 m to Follo Museum via Belsjøveien. Drøbak center is approx. 2 km from the house. Here you will find the bathing park, Christmas house (open all year), and the Aquarium plus many small shops and restaurants. The first floor contains a hallway, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Laundry room is located in the basement. (The house includes a small apartment that is occupied.)
