Hello! My girlfriend and I are moving to Barcelona for six weeks and we are therefore renting out our super cozy apartment in Södermalm! ☀️ It is a fully furnished 1.5-room apartment of 40 m² in SoFo, available from January 17th to February 26th. The apartment has a bright and open floor plan with living room and dining area as well as a spacious hall. It also has a balcony facing a cozy green courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm). The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, air fryer, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine, and large bathroom cabinet. Storage: In the hall, there are two spacious closets of about the same size. We will completely empty the mirrored wardrobe so that you have plenty of space for your clothes and shoes. In the other wardrobe, we have some of our own things left, so it will remain closed during the time. Included in the rent: heating, water, electricity, and broadband! Area: The neighborhood around us is super cozy! The newly opened Svedjans bakery is perfect for a coffee or to sit and work. Bleck is right outside and is a great place for brunch, dinner, and after work. Ring Katarina is a cozy wine bar for after work. Last but not least, Nytorget is a stone's throw away, with cafes, restaurants, and outdoor seating in abundance! Vitabergsparken is also around the corner and is wonderful for walks in the spring sun ☀️ Transportation: 10-minute walk to the subway at Skanstull (green line), and several bus lines (2, 3, 66, 76, and 96) depart from stops a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to get to T-Centralen. Non-smoking and no pets!
