Agronomveien, Oslo

Hi 🙂 We have a room available now for one person in the basement of our house. Entrance, hallway, kitchen, and bathroom are shared with another calm and tidy tenant (male, 29 years old) who lives in the other room connected to the basement. The room is rented out with a double bed, table, sofa, TV bench, and wardrobe. The room is about 24 m², with the kitchen, bathroom, and entrance additionally. The room also has underfloor heating, which provides a pleasant warmth in the room on colder days. It is important for us to have a calm tenant who wishes to live under tidy conditions and who gets along well with the other tenant and us on the floor above. We only rent out to non-smokers and tenants without pets. Preferably long-term lease. Above live Stig and Ida, in addition to two lovely children every other week, aged 17 and 11. The house is centrally located in a residential area on Abildsø, with immediate proximity to Østensjøvannet, the forest, and sports facilities with a football field and skating rink. The 70-bus is just a couple of minutes' walk away and takes you to the city in about 20 minutes. During rush hour, there is also an express bus that takes only around 8 minutes to the city center. Ryen with subway station, Lambertseter, Manglerud, and Bryn are also close to the house where there is, among other things, a shopping center with most stores, cafes, cinema, SATS, etc. NB! NAV guarantee is not accepted. The room is rented out to only one person. Looking forward to hearing from you and who you are. Just contact us if there are any questions 🙂 Best regards, Stig and Ida
