Bright and space-efficient small studio apartment at Ila. Here you live incredibly centrally with proximity to St Hanshaugen, Bislett, Grünerløkka and Sagene. The apartment is rented out furnished or partially furnished. The bed is custom-built with a small sofa corner underneath and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and oven. It is divided into two, allowing for a little more space. I have been very pleased with this solution. There is a laundry room in the adjacent room with a dryer and washing machine. The apartment also comes with its own storage room in the basement. The windows face another courtyard (see picture). The pleasant courtyard with a pizza oven and outdoor furniture belongs to the building :) The apartment is small, but I have lived there myself for almost a year and a half and have been quite happy. Now I'm moving in with my partner, so we need a little more space. Perfect for a student or commuter. Rental is subject to approval of the tenant by the board of the housing cooperative.
