I am renting out a furnished room of approximately 10 m2 in a quiet and pleasant residence with a very good location in Tyresö, about a 5-minute walk from Tyresö Centrum with shops, services, and good connections to Stockholm. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and storage options. As a tenant, you have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. Balcony available. You who rent have access to your own fridge and freezer. The kitchen is shared with all possible accessories. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. If you smoke, you can do so on the balcony. The residence is shared with me. There will be a maximum of three people sharing the residence. I work most of the day, usually about 10 hours a day and seven days a week, and am, therefore, away a lot. The accommodation is suitable for those who appreciate a quiet environment, the opportunity for private life, and a good place for studies. Guest parking is available in the area.
