I have a large and bright one-bedroom apartment of 62 sqm at Lagerbergsgatan 10 in Uddevalla and am looking for a responsible part-time lodger. I offer a secluded, furnished part of my spacious living room. The apartment's layout is well-suited for this as my private bedroom area is located separately in another part of the residence. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The building has an elevator and a common balcony. There is also a storage room for storage and a treadmill in the spacious hallway that you are welcome to use. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. I am primarily looking for someone who fits one of the following options: 1. Student or daytime user: You need a calm and pleasant place to study or work during weekdays, around 08:00–17:00, but have your main residence elsewhere. 2. Weekly commuter: You work or study in Uddevalla during the week and need a quiet place to stay Monday–Thursday, but go home to your hometown over the weekends. I appreciate order, consideration, and a calm living environment. Please tell me a bit about yourself and which of the options suits you best!
