Apartment near bus and subway Rent out a room in my apartment. I will most likely be out of town most of the time, so you'll more or less have the entire apartment to yourself. The stated price is for one tenant. See my other ad if you are a couple who wish to rent. The room is bright and has a window facing the balcony. It has a built-in closet and is furnished with a bed (120) and a wardrobe. It also comes with a duvet, pillow, bed linen, and towels if desirable. There is a panel heater for heating. The apartment: Located centrally at Manglerud with a bus 2 minutes away (bus 70) and subway (1 and 4) about 10 minutes away. To get to the main train station, it takes about 12-15 minutes by bus and subway. Grocery stores are nearby. Kiwi and Rema 1000 are within easy walking distance. Manglerud center is by the subway, and there you find Coop Extra and Meny. A bus up to Skullerud takes about 13 minutes and there are ski trails in the winter and other great hiking opportunities in Østmarka. Ekeberg is within walking distance. The apartment is a three-room flat of 63 m2 and has a southwest-facing, sunny balcony. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment and additionally there is a laundry room (payment required) that has a tumble dryer. The attic is one floor up and is used as a drying loft. For heating, the apartment has a wood stove and panel heaters. We will split the electricity bill depending on how much time I spend in Oslo, but the months I don't use the apartment, the electricity bill will fall on the tenant. About me: I am 36 years old and have a regular 8-4 job. In 2027, I will be working in Trondheim and living there most of the time. It's possible I drop by Oslo for a weekend now and then. I enjoy a tidy home and wish that future tenants appreciate the same. This is a smoke-free home.
