My name is Maria and I live in a townhouse on Hisingen. I live there with one of my adult sons. I work as a midwife. I rent out a Mini apartment consisting of a room, hall, and bathroom with a tiled shower with underfloor heating. In the room, there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a sink with a small basin, a hob with two hot plates, a microwave, and a mini oven. The room is furnished with a bed, TV, desk, and chair. There is a cabinet for storage, as well as storage possibilities in a drawer under the bed. The entrance is shared, but then there is a staircase leading up to the apartment. Laundry is done in my bathroom downstairs, and then you can hang your laundry in your room. There is currently a tenant living there for the past 5 years but who is now moving to Australia. Move-in is on 1/1 or earlier if desired. I rent out the apartment for a long term. So no emergency accommodation. I sign a contract with a 3-month notice period on both sides. A deposit of two months is paid when signing the contract. The first rent is paid before moving in. Cozy small apartment with nature right at the doorstep. There is a bird pond with various walking paths and running trails if you like. The Mini apartment is close to green areas. There is also access to an outdoor gym about a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Svartemosse is located right next to the accommodation. The rent includes internet, cable TV, electricity, heating, and garbage collection. Three-minute walk to shop and transport. Walking distance to the stop is three minutes. Good transport connections. Tram 5, 6, and 2 take you to the city center in 15 minutes. It takes 7 minutes to Backaplan. Note: The last picture shows how a previous tenant furnished when she removed the desk and placed her own table and chairs instead. But now it is furnished with a desk. I want the tenant to take care of the accommodation as if it were their own. The rent is 5500kr and there is a 2-month deposit.
