(Best location in town) Kapellgatan (Vasastan) near Chalmers approx. 500m, School of Business, Economics and Law, Sahlgrenska, Slottsskogen, Avenyn, etc. etc. It is a quiet area with access to everything such as grocery store, liquor store, gym, health center, pharmacy, restaurants, and cafes right outside the door. The room has three closets and is furnished with a 90cm bed, 2 chairs and a small table, TV and a divan. Electricity included. The room is best suited for students or commuters. Only calm and orderly person. The room is only for one person. I expect the tenant to have work or regular studies. Access to kitchen, shower (bathtub), washing machine (laundry room), and toilet. Balconies are available in the staircase, elevator. Move-in by agreement. 3 months' notice period. We who live here are a couple who are calm and orderly.
