This unique apartment is located in an extremely peaceful housing company in the village of Leino in Ylämaa, where the noise of traffic certainly does not disturb living. You can quickly reach the shops of Lappeenranta by car in about 25 minutes. From the apartment's own backyard, there is direct access to the lakeshore, so if you enjoy fishing, it is definitely not a long journey to practice the hobby. During the summer, you can also enjoy grilling on your own backyard by the lake or at the common grilling area of the housing company. At the end of the townhouse, there are large shared sauna facilities with cooling areas and a beach with a large communal pier. You can sauna every day if you wish. The apartment can be rented fully furnished with a washing machine and dishwasher or, of course, empty without furniture and optionally without a washing machine and dishwasher if you wish to bring your own appliances. This property is excellently suited for someone who is looking for a peaceful place, for example, remote working in the tranquility of the countryside. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, but unfortunately, no large dog breeds. Smoking is allowed in the apartment's own yard area and, of course, in the housing company's common outdoor areas. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, including so-called e-smoking. The apartment is also excellently suited for a somewhat older person, as it is possible to arrange separate additional services if needed, such as grocery shopping help and cleaning help, or even assistance with errands. The costs of these services are agreed upon flexibly on a case-by-case basis. A personal assistant granted by disability services can also be found through us if needed. The nearest grocery store is in the Ylämaa church village, about 7 km away. There you will also find the nearest pharmacy and elementary school (currently, there is also a school transport service for pupils in the area), as well as postal services. In the Ylämaa church village, there is also a lunch restaurant with café services, a gym, and a wintertime indoor swimming place with saunas.
