It has a large living room, hallway, and a smaller bedroom. Fully tiled bathroom with washing/drying machine. Kitchen with dining area and door leading out to a private secluded terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the gravel area on the plot. The house will be additionally insulated and have an air-to-air heat pump as well as electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. Garbage is included. You are responsible for heating, electricity, and water consumption. Looking for one or a maximum of two people who are responsible and want to rent long-term.
