From an open entrance hall, you can see the large living room with a fireplace. From both the kitchen and the living room, you can access the large terrace facing the southwest. The sunset is long over the lake. Via stairs from the terrace, you walk on your own docks to the wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower (which has hot water). A rowboat is included. When the lake is frozen, you can instead start a ski tour from the dock. There is an electric car charger. You have the use of a plot of about 4000 sqm. The rent is cold rent, but you benefit from the solar panel system and geothermal heating. Sludge emptying and water are included in the rent. Electricity, internet, and garbage collection are additional. The yard borders a gravel road. This means some traffic, but also easy snow shoveling. The road is plowed. There is a bus in the morning and one in the middle of the day to Katrineholm. The nearest train station is in Krokek, 19 km away, with free parking. We are renting out while waiting for a sale, so you must be prepared to let the broker or us show the house.
