The house still has some original fireplaces, tiled stoves, and a wood-burning stove; a couple of rooms also have original wallpapers and wooden floors. The house has wood and electric heating (can be almost entirely heated with wood). The upstairs has been completely renovated less than 10 years ago, and some areas of the downstairs have also been renovated. However, there are still places to paint and minor repairs needed (e.g., washing and painting the exterior of the house). The location is excellent in the middle of the city and services. Loimaa Central School can be seen almost from the window, and other schools, kindergartens, and services are within walking distance. Loimaa has good shops and basic services. Rental deposit is 2 months' rent. Water, electricity, and firewood according to consumption.
