Åkerby, Skruv

Rent out the ground floor of my house indefinitely. I am renovating so it is not possible to rent right now, but soon. Preferably want to rent to someone who wants to stay long-term. It is partially furnished and can be fully furnished, but if you have your own furniture I have postponed the furnishing. I have no pictures of the living room because it is under renovation, but it is a large and spacious living room that will be converted into two rooms (living room and an extra bedroom). The picture where there is a kitchen sofa is a dining room before the living room. Access to patio and garden. I travel a lot for my work, but live occasionally on the upper floor of the house and then we share the kitchen and bath. Åkerby is a beautiful small village outside Skruv, in the municipality of Lessebo, a car is needed to live here.
