We rent out our family apartment furnished for short-term to reliable tenants for about 1-2 months rental period between November-March. The exact duration and timing of the rental is flexible and negotiable. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (futon) and the other with a bunk bed. A crib/junior bed can also be assembled. The through-apartment has unobstructed and green forest views. The kitchen has integrated appliances, light parquet floors throughout the apartment, and a glazed balcony. The bathroom has a drying washing machine, and during the rental period, you can use a weekly sauna session and the building's laundry room. The location is absolutely excellent; Herttoniemi metro station, Hertsi and its comprehensive services are just a few minutes' walk away, yet the location is quiet next to a park with great outdoor tracks starting from the backyard leading to a nature reserve. Quiet housing company. Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is prohibited.
