Bright and modern room in a stylish 2-person apartment | Balcony | Central at Adamstuen Hi! 💗 I am renting out a bedroom in a bright, modern, and cozily furnished apartment of about 52 m² in Oslo. The apartment has two bedrooms, so you will only share it with me. I am looking for a friendly roommate, preferably a young female student, who wants to live in a cozy and social home, while we respect each other's privacy. 🏡 About the apartment The apartment is bright and inviting, with modern solutions and a consistently warm interior style. The common areas are fully furnished, so you can move right in and feel at home! The apartment includes: - Bright and pleasant living room with sofa, TV, and dining area. - Modern kitchen with integrated appliances and good storage space. - Nice bathroom with shower, washing machine, and modern furnishings. - Two separate bedrooms. - Balcony with space for outdoor furniture. - Free guest parking 🛏️ The room for rent The bedroom is bright, with white walls, light floors, and a window that lets in natural daylight. The room is rented out furnished. Bed, wardrobe, and desk are coming during week 44. The rest of the decoration is up to you. 💕 Who will you live with? I am an 18-year-old girl studying law at BI and working a little alongside my studies. I am social, positive, and enjoy doing nice things, but also appreciate quiet evenings at home. I like to keep things tidy and nice around me and want the apartment to be a pleasant place to come home to. I am looking for a roommate who is sociable, tidy, and responsible. It would be very nice to be able to cook together, watch a movie, or do something social occasionally, while we both have room for our own plans and privacy. 📍 Location The apartment is located at Adamstuen, close to public transport, grocery stores, and other facilities. We have, among other things, Sats, Bunnpris, and Joker right next door. 🔑 Practical information - Monthly rent: 12,000 NOK - Deposit: 500 NOK - Move-in: preferably at the beginning of November - Bedroom: Furnished - Common areas: Fully furnished - Electricity and internet: included 💌 Interested?
