Room in a Shared Accommodation in a Cozy Villa Close to the city, we have built a house in an old style, using recycled materials, and it is situated in nature in its own clearing in a small coastal forest. Here you can find small water mirrors and mountain tops with expansive views, all within a short walking distance. In the summer, birds chirp just outside the door. We are a couple with a lifestyle of gardening and carpentry, and sometimes we take interesting university courses. The house has now become quite large, and we have long rented out an apartment to a small group, as we like having nice neighbors! The apartment covers a total of approximately 85 m² and has three bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a bathroom, and a common gathering area. What we are offering now is a room on the third floor. It is a room with a slanted roof of about 9 m², with a bed, armchair, etc. Right outside there is your workspace/studio with a desk and space for creative activities! Additionally, there is plenty of storage. In the garden, there is an opportunity to grow a little for those who wish, and there is a private patio. The stairwell also has a balcony with a nearby patio adjacent to the entrance. For those who feel like it, there may be an opportunity to borrow some tools and workspace if you want to embrace your creative side. The sea is a few km away, offering swimming and great paddle opportunities. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the bus stop (Kvisljungeby), with a bus ride of 25-28 minutes to central Gothenburg. We think that 2900 SEK per month is a reasonable rent. To this, electricity and heating are added, which on average are under about 700 SEK per month. Wi-Fi is free. A month's rent as a deposit.
