The apartment is located on two floors, the entrance floor has a kitchen with space for 6 people and a large wardrobe that can be used as a wardrobe, pantry, or storage. On the lower floor (basement level) there are windows in all rooms as this is its own small wing section. It is an open floor plan with a separate sleeping area at the far end and a TV lounge area nearest the stairs. NOTE. There is therefore no door between the sleeping area and the living room area, but it would be possible to build a smaller wall. The inner part has a bedroom with a large walk-in closet. The living room area has space for a sofa/TV section. The bathroom with shower, washing machine, good storage, and underfloor heating is also in the basement. The house is a functionalist townhouse designed by architect Olof Thunström and the apartment is located in its own small wing section. Both residential units have an entrance at the front of the house, but the townhouse has its own garden at the back of the house. Access to free parking on the street. Bicycles can be stored outside the door under the roof if desired. Good commuting location with a 5-minute walk to Gustavsberg center with buses into Slussen. The apartment is not suitable for small children, older people, or the disabled due to the staircase between the floors. The staircase is visible in the pictures from slightly different angles. A smaller storage area is available adjacent to the apartment, about 1 square meter. Preferably rented to 1 maximum 2 people. Deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent. The tenant signs their own home insurance. Pets are okay, but the tenant is responsible for and replaces wear and tear. The rent refers to cold rent. Heating (district heating), water, and household electricity are additional. Costs vary throughout the year but have been about 1000 SEK in winter and a few hundred SEK in summer. Garbage collection is included in the rent, and there is the possibility of sharing broadband with residents in the townhouse.
