Renting out my beloved apartment during my exchange semester in Copenhagen - a spacious 1.5 in Äppelviken, furnished. The rental period is from the 4th of December to the 7th of May, but the end date for the rental is flexible. The apartment is fully furnished*, it comes with a complete kitchen, smart TV, with both a chest of drawers (x2) and wardrobe available for storing clothes etc. Vacuum cleaner, other cleaning materials, and a toolbox will also be available in the apartment. The apartment building has a laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer, and a drying cabinet. There is also a communal garden, see pictures. Within a few minutes' distance from the apartment, there are both restaurants and cafes, and it is also close to green areas and within walking distance to the water - with walking trails perfect for outdoor activities and bathing spots. The apartment has: 🚃 3 minutes walking distance to Äppelvikstorget and Nockebybanan (station Alléparken) 🚉 10 minutes walking distance to Alvik's square, as well as the subway (green line) and Tvärbanan 🛒5 minutes walking distance to the nearest grocery store From Alvik, the whole of Stockholm is easily accessible. The green line of the subway takes a few minutes to Fridhemsplan and Stockholm city, and the Tvärbanan provides access to Essingeöarna, Gröndal, Liljeholmen, as well as Globen to the south. To the north, the Tvärbanan passes both Sundbyberg Center and Solna and the Mall of Scandinavia.
