Hello, My mother is looking to rent out another room to a FEMALE tenant. Students are very welcome and we've recently had to say goodbye to two Masters students who lived here for 2 years. The room comes with full access to an 84 square meter house, which includes a very relaxing outdoor garden. It includes all the kitchen, bathroom, and technical appliances you could possibly need, with 1000/1000 Mbit 5G Wi-Fi and an 85-inch smart TV. It's a 35-minute journey from the door to T-Centralen station, 43 minutes to KTH campus, and 49 minutes to Stockholm University campus. 13 min to Kista Campus.
