The kitchen island has combined storage and seating. There is underfloor heating throughout the kitchen. From the large balcony, one can see over the rooftops of Vasastan. In the summer, the balcony gets sunlight until 1 PM, and it's possible to barbecue with an electric grill on the balcony. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a combined washer and dryer. There is also a laundry room and drying room in the basement. The bedroom has plenty of storage, with built-in wardrobes along the entire wall. The building has a shared courtyard with a large table and shared gas grill. There are also bike racks under a roof. The apartment is located near Odenplan with subway, commuter trains, and buses within walking distance. In the vicinity, there are restaurants, shops, and cafes, and Vasaparken, Observatorielunden, and Tegnerlunden are nearby. We are renting out the apartment due to work abroad.
