Hi, I'm renting out my newly renovated studio apartment in Årsta for 6 months with a good possibility for extension as I move to a larger apartment with my partner. The apartment will be on sale during this time, and viewings will need to be held during the rental period, approximately 1/month. Exact viewing dates will of course be agreed in advance in consultation with you as the tenant. In the event of a sale, the move-out date will also be agreed in consultation with you as the tenant. The apartment is located in lovely Årstaberg with proximity to both commuter trains and trams, as well as walking distance to Coop nearby and Ica supermarket. The rent is so-called warm rent, i.e., costs for electricity, heating, water, and internet are included. As the apartment has just undergone a complete renovation, I am keen on you as a tenant taking good care of it during the rental period. The apartment is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, oven and microwave, dishwasher, as well as good storage options in the hallway. Sleeping alcove with space for a 120-bed and a balcony facing southeast. A laundry room is available in the building's basement.
