Studio with Private Entrance The shared accommodations are intended for calm, mature, and responsible individuals with good living skills and with tolerance and respect for others. Tenants should be active, i.e., employed and/or studying, with their own income. The shared bathroom is shared with two other housing units. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Substance abuse, threatening behavior, and domestic disturbances are NOT compatible with living in this housing community and will result in the termination of the lease.
