The son has moved out and now a fully furnished and decorated apartment/small villa in one of Älvsjö/Stockholm’s quiet areas is for rent, with proximity to buses, shops, nature, swimming, and more. Regarding transportation, it is only a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and the bus takes you to Älvsjö station in 4 minutes, and from Älvsjö station, it takes 9 minutes to T-centralen (Stockholm city). From the bus stop to Fruängens subway station, it takes about 12 minutes by bus. The apartment is completely self-sufficient with its own bathroom, kitchen, and is detached on the other side of our villa, which means that the tenant does not share any space with the landlord. There’s also the possibility of parking in the driveway and access to a small space in the storage room. The apartment is furnished with brand new furniture, entrance with space for outerwear and shoes. Kitchenette with stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer with associated pots, frying pan, etc. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and drying rack. Living room with sofa (sofa bed), ready connection router for your devices, TV, rug, dining table/two chairs, wardrobe, vacuum cleaner. A wide bed, 120 cm with storage drawers. Patio on the plot with table and chairs. If you want to furnish with your furniture, that’s no problem. Rent includes fiber broadband (1000/100 MB), waste management, water/sewage, and parking. Electricity costs are included in the rent. The house/apartment is rented to a person who is calm, well-behaved, non-smoker, child/pet-free. Commuters are given preference. We require one month's rent as a deposit when writing the contract.
