Renovated, furnished house with sleeping loft and view over the Flian river for long-term rental in Resville outside Lidköping. The house is quietly and sheltered located on the slope down towards the water, surrounded by the greenery of the valley. Here you get a secluded living with a private entrance, own patio, and limited visibility. THE RESIDENCE The house has about 35 m² living area and a sleeping loft of about 7 m² and is well-insulated with low operating costs for year-round living. • Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, and a smaller bar section with seating. • Living room with sofa bed (140cm bed), armchair, TV, and view over the Flian river. • Sleeping loft with double bed, 180 × 200 cm. The loft has a low ceiling height and is accessed via stairs. • Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and own washing machine. • Air heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. • Internet via fiber with up to 250/250 Mbit/s. • There is an open fireplace inside the residence, but it is NOT approved and inspected for burning and must NOT be used. The house is rented furnished. Storage spaces are limited. PATIO AND SURROUNDINGS From the living room, you reach the approximately 20 m² large patio under the roof. It is protected on three sides and has a seating area, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. About 50 meters from the house, there is a spot by the river for relaxation. In the summer, there is an opportunity for a swim via a ladder. The water is fast-flowing, and swimming is at your own risk, only for adults, experienced swimmers. The house is located on the same property as our own residence, but with a secluded location since the plot is separated by a road, so you basically have your very own "yard." A private parking space is available, with stairs and a path down to the house which is very sheltered in the Flian river's valley. A bus stop is nearby, and in the village, there are cafes, farm restaurants, and nice walking areas. RENTAL We are happy to rent to companies looking for their own, pleasant housing for an employee during a long-term assignment in Lidköping and the surrounding area. Private individuals seeking long-term housing are also warmly welcome. We wish that the same person or people live here during the entire rental period. RENT AND OPERATING COSTS Base rent: 7,000 SEK/month. Mandatory surcharge for water, garbage collection, and internet: 500 SEK/month. Total 7,500 SEK/month, excluding electricity and heating. Electricity consumption, including heating, is charged separately after reading the house's own electricity meter once a month. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is prohibited. We value that the house and furnishings are well maintained. Access according to agreement.
