The perfect combination of city and nature! In the reserve, you can ski and skate in the winter. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen since we both love cooking. In the spacious living room, you will find a smart TV and a vinyl player. Here you also have access to the spacious balcony. The bedroom has a new continental bed (180cm) which is very comfortable and has a firm mattress. In the bathroom, there is both a bathtub and a washing machine, and through the window, you can glimpse the Nacka Nature Reserve. Down in the square at Kärrtorp, you will find both Ica and Coop, a cinema, a marketplace, a deli, and the cozy café Kokvrån. There is a very familiar feeling in the area, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. We are a small family living in the apartment, so if needed you have access to a changing table, baby toys, and a cradle. We wish to rent out our apartment for two to three months while we travel, preferably to a safe couple or perhaps someone who will be working temporarily in Stockholm.
