Due to an overseas stay, we will be renting out our beautiful villa in Mellansjö this spring. A unique chance to welcome spring with idyllic villa life in scenic Mellansjö, with proximity to almost everything (beach, playgrounds, nature reserve, outdoor area, golf course, Farsta center, subway and commuter train). The house, garden, and area are perfect for families with children - we have a sandbox, play kiosk, and trampoline on the property, and a playground a 10-minute walk away. Rental dates are negotiable, but around 27/3-15/5. Newly built villa from 2021 on two floors right next to Lake Magelungen, which can be glimpsed from the plot and windows. Several large sunny outdoor areas (both deck and roof terrace), barbecue and large dining area, flat lawn perfect for play and socializing, and a large driveway with a charging station. The area is quiet, leafy, and family-friendly - with less than a kilometer walk to the neighborhood's own beach. Additionally, there are two playgrounds in the area. There is also a tennis court that can be booked free of charge. On the entrance floor of the house, there is a large and spacious hall, a bedroom (two 90 cm beds that can be joined or separated as needed) on the ground floor, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying cabinet, as well as a kitchen and living room. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with an extra-wide stovetop and double ovens. The open floor plan makes it a very social home where cooking can occur simultaneously with play under the stairs (furnished as a children's corner with toys, a table, etc.), as well as socializing in the living room. Large windows provide beautiful light, and the sliding doors to the deck can be fully opened to create an outdoor room feel. Upstairs there is a TV room, master bedroom (180 cm bed), children's room (two 90 cm beds), and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. There is also an additional room that we will keep locked during the rental period to store personal belongings. The house has both geothermal heating and air-to-air heat pumps, which effectively work as AC in the summer. Fiber with high-speed WiFi (around 600 Mbps) is included. Electricity, water, and heating are included in the price. Attractive location close to the city and good communications. Both the subway and commuter train are available at Farsta strand (2.9 km away), which can be easily reached by bus 742, bike or why not a scenic walk along the lake. Driving or biking is about 15 km to the city, with bike paths all the way to the city. The nearby area is teeming with natural attractions with several nature reserves just around the corner (Farstanäset, Ågesta outdoor area, Orlången nature reserve). Walking distance to Ågesta golf course.
