Hi! I am renting an apartment on behalf of Aunt. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3-story building without an elevator. Overall, it's in good condition. The kitchen's refrigerator/freezer, stove, and range hood were replaced in 2023/12, with a 5-year warranty. The kitchen cabinets have been updated, with new doors and hinges, countertops (the old stainless steel top remains), drawer mechanisms replaced, trash pull-out, and dish racks. A mirror cabinet has been replaced in the bathroom. Large south-facing balcony towards the courtyard, the balcony is glazed. The housing company is well-maintained. A list of completed renovations can be found in the pictures. The housing company's renovated, clean sauna is located in this stairwell on the 1st floor. No major renovations are planned. A peaceful apartment and area; tenants have been satisfied. Here is an affordable apartment next to good exercise possibilities (Takajärvi beach and jogging path nearby, as well as an ice rink), city services two kilometers away.
