Large and modern family villa in Höllviken - long-term rental We are looking for a well-behaved, orderly, and independent family who wants to rent our house indefinitely. We are mainly looking for those who want to live here for a long time, take care of the house as if it were your own, and enjoy living in one of Höllviken's lovely areas. Even a shorter, fixed-term rental could be of interest - the house can then possibly be rented out semi-furnished. The house is spacious, well-planned, and equipped with modern amenities that make everyday life smooth: - 186 sqm living area with generous social spaces. - Up to 5 bedrooms, depending on how you choose to arrange the rooms. - 3 bathrooms with showers (perfect for the larger family). - Waterborne underfloor heating throughout the house (incl. upstairs) via an energy-efficient heat pump. - Easy-care garden with robotic lawnmower and private pool for warm summer days. - Installed electric car charger and parking spaces for 3 cars in the driveway. Terms: 30,000 SEK/month (costs for water, waste collection, electricity, and fiber are additional). The house is basically rented unfurnished unless otherwise agreed. Move-in by agreement, no earlier than 1/1 2027. 3 months deposit (can be discussed). A credit check will be performed. Pets are welcome. Smoking indoors is not allowed.
