Hakolahdentie, Helsinki

For rent from 1.12.2026 onwards, a 36 m² two-room apartment with a balcony in the sought-after area of Lauttasaari on Hakolahdentie, close to the sea and Kasinonranta (300 m). The apartment's renovation has been meticulously planned and executed by a professional using high-quality materials and is just awaiting minor finishing touches. During the renovation, the wall between the living room and the kitchen/entrance was removed, thus creating a spacious and functional space out of the living room and kitchen. The apartment feels larger than its square meters. The building's pipe renovation project was completed in 9/2024, during which the apartment's bathroom was renewed and expanded to accommodate a front-loading washing machine and dryer. Additionally, underfloor heating was installed in the bathroom. The building also upgraded the luxurious sauna/swimming pool section during the pipe renovation and acquired a broadband connection. The apartment is located on the first residential floor (not the street level) of a peaceful two-story small apartment building with 6 units. The windows and balcony face south/southwest. During the apartment renovation, the kitchen and appliances were completely renewed, new oak parquet was installed on the floors, and the entire apartment was painted. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a convection oven with a microwave function, an induction stove with an integrated hood, and a fridge-freezer.
