Hantverkargatan, Skellefteå

Hello, My roommate is moving to another city in December, and therefore I'm looking for a new one. The rent includes everything (heating, electricity, broadband). The room is fully furnished, with a bed, a desk, blackout curtains, and storage (Bedroom 2). The room is 7 square meters. We share common areas (living room, kitchen, toilet, and storage, totaling 48 square meters). There is a pantry and attic storage. The living room is large and bright with a south-facing balcony. There is also a shared garden. The apartment is on the second floor. So, you will live with me. I am a 29-year-old man. My profession is Mechanical Designer. My interests are nature, outdoor activities, skiing, hunting, fishing, economy, society, and health. Let me know if you want to know more. :)
