I am renting out my furnished apartment in a quieter part of Gamlestaden because I will be working abroad for a shorter period. It takes about 20 minutes to get into the city, including the walk to the tram stop. The apartment has a balcony with a very good sun exposure. Even if you might not use it much at the beginning of the rental period, I still want to highlight that it becomes warm and pleasant when the sun is out, even early in the spring. No TV is visible in the pictures, but I have one in the storage that you are welcome to use if you wish. Electricity, internet, and heating are included in the rent, so you don't have to think about any extra costs for this.
