Ebbe Lieberathsgatan, Göteborg

A nice studio apartment with a kitchen. Close to the Elisedal and Varbersgatan tram stops. Willys and Ica Maxi within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Neighbor to Nordic Wellness and several nice restaurants. The rent includes electricity, water, and broadband. The apartment is furnished. Please note there will be a different TV (46 inches) and possibly a different sofa than in the pictures. There is also a storage room included. Please note that the housing association approves subletting one year at a time. However, I am possibly interested in renting out longer, but then we need to renew the approval of the housing association.
