The location is perfect for you if you are studying – it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the University. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of five on Österängsgatan 30. It's very quiet in the house. The apartment: · Your room: Built-in wardrobe. Currently furnished with a 120 cm bed and sofa, but it's completely flexible. If you want to bring your own furniture or add some, that's perfectly fine. · Shared spaces: We share a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. The large windows in the living room provide wonderful light and a beautiful view. · Amenities: Enclosed balcony, dishwasher, and washing machine. Access to a very good laundry room in a separate building in the courtyard. · Included in the rent: Heating, hot water, electricity, and fast broadband. Who lives here? You will share the apartment with me and my two kind cats, Luna and Sonja. I am a woman, fifty-plus who is in my third semester of the Nursing program at the University of Halmstad. In my spare time, I do some studying, but I value a calm and homely environment where you can have a cup of coffee together while respecting each other's privacy. Who am I looking for? · Requirement: Only female applicants. Preferably a student :) · Non-smoker: Indeed! · Animal lover: You must like cats since Luna and Sonja live here! Rental terms: · Move-in: Immediate / by agreement. · Period: Until further notice. · Notice period: Standard (1 month for tenant, 3 months for landlord). · Rent: 3500 SEK/month. · Home insurance: The tenant agrees to have a valid individual home insurance.
