A stone's throw from Stadsparken and a short walk up to the city center. Bus connections and a well-stocked grocery store are nearby. The rent includes heating, water, TV, and broadband. The tenant pays for electricity based on their own consumption, which for us is usually about 300 SEK/month, and must arrange their own home insurance. The apartment is rented largely furnished, but we will take some of the furniture with us, please contact us for more information if interested. The apartment is located half a floor up in the building. Adjacent to the building is a large lovely courtyard where one also has access to a barbecue area. Shared laundry room in the basement with three washing machines, a dryer, and large drying rooms. Basement storage is included. The apartment is rented out as we have had a child and moved closer to the family further up in the country during parental leave.
