Here, two people can preferably live "together but still a bit secluded", see floor plan. Or 1-2 people with a guest room? The house is quietly located with a comfortable walking distance to "everything"! Description: 2 rooms and kitchen and large bathroom with shower. Completely renovated in 2019. Patio in lush garden with no overlooking. FURNISHED Room 1 with three single beds (one bed can be removed if desired) Room 2 with a single bed, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, stove with induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and customary kitchen equipment. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine. Veranda with outdoor furniture (table, four chairs, and two sun loungers). Smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. The house is smoke-free. Dogs are welcome with us! Snow shoveling and lawn mowing are taken care of by the tenant.
