Since our latest tenant is moving back to Malmö, it is again time to rent out our furnished apartment with kitchen accessories located in our nice house in central Lerum. Own entrance, about 35 sqm divided into a small bedroom 105cm bed, larger living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The apartment includes a smaller patio with table and chairs. The living room has been painted a new color after the photos were taken. The sofa will be replaced. The apartment will be rented out from February. The rent includes broadband (fiber), smart TV, heating, waste management, electricity, and water. Parking is also included. There will be the possibility to charge the car. Surroundings: 5 minutes from commuter train and center. Nice swimming lake, training, and great running tracks. The house is located in a quiet, prosperous residential area. We are looking for: We place great importance on the person. You must be balanced, without payment remarks, and have nothing in the criminal record. No party-goer or smoker. Write a few words about yourself. The apartment is primarily suitable for 1 person. For 2 people, the rent is 500kr higher. Otherwise, the rent is 7000kr and nothing else. (we don't do it via Qasa).
