Hålsjögatan, Malmö

Room in apartment · 1.5 rooms · 1 bedroom · 51 m²

Furnished (flexible) · 6-story building

I am 42 years old and live alone. I have recently furnished the entire apartment with completely new furniture, and everything in the home is fresh and new. I am looking for a person who wants to live with me until April next year, as I will move to a newer residence then. If we get along well during this period, there is an opportunity to move with me to the new home, if the person wants to. Otherwise, it's fine to move out on April 9, 2027. I am looking for a person who is very clean and orderly. Smoking is not allowed indoors. All kitchen utensils and equipment are already in the apartment. I value a clean, calm, and pleasant home where we show each other respect.

Jag är 42 år gammal, mycket lugn och tycker mycket om ordning och renlighet. Jag önskar att den som bor i bostaden också är en renlig och ordningsam person.
